March 1, 2008 -- CONWAY, ARK. -- Repeating history for the sixth time, the Tiger Women's Basketball Team will go on to play in the SCAC Tournament title match.  This afternoon, they trounced Colorado College in a 85-69 victory.

The DePauw team will hit the hardwood tomorrow at 2:30 PM CT against Oglethorpe, with the winner receiving a bid to the NCAA National Basketball Tournament.  The Tigers are the defending national champions, having won DePauw's first team national title last year.

The Tiger Pep Band, and the Tiger Alumni Bands and Stumblebums are once again the official SCAC tournament bands, and will be performing for all 14 games of the tournament, all of which you can listen live over the web from DePauw's WGRE 91.5 FM.  For the best experience, also tune in to the live stats on your computer as you listen.  Bands alumni are invited to also visit the Tiger Bands' VirtualBlackstock during the game for live chat with other alumni as they listen to the game.

For the first time ever, fans will be able to watch all tournament games live with a $10 weekend pass.  The broadcast is commercial free, so you can hear your favorite Tiger Bands at every time out and half time.  (The pass gives access to archival footage of the entire tournament, so DePauw fans can see the Tiger Bands feature at the halftime of the DePauw/Colorado semi-final game!)
